Yahya Siyad
Yahye Siyad is a tenacious, optimistic and adventurous individual with a diverse background. He is bilingual – English and Arabic, who lived in 4 countries and immersed himself into the culture of another 50 countries. Yahye is the writer & author of the Unshakeable Will. Currently among several roles, he is the Diversity & Accessibility Lead at Cyber-Duck.
He holds a Master degree in International HR Management from Westminster University in London with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion-training and is also a certified professional Co-Active coach. He is the founder of Inclusive Horizons (inclusivehorizons.com), a self-lead social-advocacy service in the realm of accessibility, inclusion and inspiration coaching. Yahye has 14 years of experience in the UK and in the UAE in the field of social enterprises, commercial-media, banking & digital transformation.
He facilitated and co-lead joint empowerment workshops for multinational clients across Africa, Europe and Asia through various developmental initiatives. As well as being a regular motivational and keynote speaker, he is also a certified awareness trainer on UN Conventional Rights Persons with Disability. Yahye was born with visually impairment caused by retinal dystrophy and weak eye-nerves, he still has a limited useful vision where he can see better in a brighter environment; rely on his white-cane & screen-reader to navigate independently in both the physical & digital world.
Yahye is an ex-Paralympic athlete – he represented the Great Britain squad in a team-sport known as Goalball. He is also the first visually impaired Certified Scuba Diver in the Middle-East.

- 6 years experience as an HR generalist with emphasis on Talent Acquisition, CSR, community outreach and Employee Engagement at MBC Media Group
- 3 years experience in Learning & Development with strong emphasis on Diversity & Inclusion, developing and delivering Coaching and Mentoring programs for approximately 100 managers and team leaders at Tanfeeth, a subsidiary of Emirates National Bank of Dubai.
